Explain the issue and have them give you the direct support number for the local cable affiliate for your area.
Stay calm on the phone. You are the customer, you are the reason they exist. Tell them that you are extremely angry and are considering calling the better buisness bureau. That should get some action.
Remember Time Warner is a HUGE monster of a company. They have procedures that the reps must follow so don't bite their heads off, save that for their supervisor (who I would request to speak to if you get no satisfaction). Do try to avoid calling them names....that just makes them mad.
