What are the Time Warner Cable email server settings?

I would like to get my Thunderbird program connected to my Time Warner Cable remote mail, but I do not know the TWC email server settings.

depending on your state the format is like this:

pop server(incoming): pop-server.(your state).rr.com

smtp server(outgoing): smtp-server.(your state).rr.com

or visit help.rr.com and click on the link "server addresses and urls" just underneath "selfcare/reset password/mail" links. its located on the right side of the page
