I Have A Loud Static Noise On The Tv.
I have a loud static noise on the TV. It goes away if I change channels only to start up again after a minute or two. In addition, when I fast forward the DVR, it has a mind of its own and speeds forward or backward. It keeps doing that even if I change channels or turn cable off. The DVR freezes and has been choppy or since I first got it. I doubt the two are related, but it’s a thought. Thank you.
