How Do I Get Help?
My phone and tv are out so I'm trying to get to customer service with my cell phone and I keep getting a recording that my call cannot be completed to try later...this is very frustrating!!!

Strange previous answer--you obviously know the number to call, but you can't get through. There's apparently some internal problem with Time Warner. My guess is it'll be resolved soon, so you may want to just keep trying. The only other suggestion I can offer is that you try calling corporate--see the contact information here: http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/Time%20Warner%20Cable/Corporate%20Office.
