Caller ID stopped displaying on my tv. How do I restart it?

The feature can be turned on and off, make sure it has not been turned off. Press settings on your tv remote. Select caller id, setup, and then the prompt line should say on. If it is on but it still does not work, try rebooting your box by unplugging it for about 10 seconds and then plug it back in. It will take a few minutes to reboot, but it should work after that.
