Cable Internet Phone Not Working

336-283-9393 is phone number associated with account. Yesturday I got no service on my bundle. I have received no notice that my service would be cut off. Last week I had to contact custermer service about my phone and I asked them at that time was I in danger of my of my service beingcut off . I was told no. My last payment was 17 days ago. Please tell me what's going on with my service

This might be a communication issue within the company.

You should call the company at the following phone number 1-855-820-9903. This is a sales number. Please call and explain what is going on. Please do that .
