Rrental Confirmation
I have a confirmed reservation. I have called your reps several times for what seems to be a simple request - I would like a copy of the confirmation emailed to me. I was told each time that the system is going through a changeover and that could not be done. I then asked if the confirmation could be sent to me by mail, and this request was denied.How about helping me. This seems like a very simple request.
