Lost Item

I filed a report of a lost item that I KNOW for a fact was left in the rental car. I followed all directions online, provided all information they wanted, and this was Sunday evening. It is my cellphone and I even tracked the signal using my carrier as recently as Tuesday evening and it was sitting in the car in a back parking lot near a car wash area at the rental car location. No one has responded to numerous phone messages, emails and updates to my lost report. I am starting to think they don't look at these things. It would take them 10 minutes to go outside and retrieve my phone and I am taking hours to ask repeatedly just for someone to call me back. I really don't understand the problem here.
