Thermador Prd486jdgu/04 Gas Range Griddle

Our griddle will not heat. We have found the heating element part but when taking griddle apart to install new heating element it appears that the wiring goes completely down the back of the range. Is that the case/ we have not been able to find a blowup diagram showing where the wiring ends.

A Thermador oven not heating properly can sometimes be fixed with a minor adjustment, most commonly the thermostat. It's possible that your oven thermostat needs to be modified to better monitor the temperature of the oven. While it's possible the thermostat may be faulty, this is generally a rare occurrence.
