What's Going On

I just had my service done less than 2 weeks ago. Now I received an email there coming out this Thursday to spray. What is going on? It's done and paid for.Getting really frustrated. People dont listen Tried to talk to a supervisor. No one there.Please get this corrected.Sarah albers

Sorry for your problems--but you seem to be confusing us, an independent help site, with Terminix. Here are some steps to consider, in order:

Call customer service again, and if necessary politely but firmly ask for a manager (use the contact information at https://www.contacthelp.com/terminix/customer-service ).
Complain to corporate: use the corporate contact information at http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/terminix/Corporate%20Office.
Turn to a government consumer protection office of the state where the company is located using the information per point #2 above, as provided at https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer.

In addition, you may want to consider a review/complaint site like www.complaintsboard.com/,,,, http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, or https://www.yelp.com/, each of which may get action from the offending companies.
