Try unplugging the power to the gizmo, waiting 3-5 minutes, then plugging it back in. If that doesn't work, unplug all of the devices and plug them back in starting with the modem and work towards the gizmo. That has worked for me in the past when I have had issues. If that doesn't work, call support when you are at home in front of the device so someone can help you troubleshoot.
