No Dial Tone On Our Phone

I'd try a powercycle first.  Unplug the power from your modem and gizmo and wait a couple minutes.  Reconnect the power to your modem first and wait until it completely reboots.  Then reconnect the power to your gizmo.  I'd also check to make sure the phone cord is connect to the right port and all other cables are connected properly.  If that doesn't work, your best bet is to call the support line 1-877-415-5635
