Two Particular Urls Won't Load

I am trying to access www.clarkekondor.com as well as the cPanel page (fire.24shells.net) I user to log in and work on the site. If i bypass the router I can load the pages with no problem, but using the router I get a"The connection has timed out" error. All of the Access Control Filters are disabled on the router

In your browser:

1) go to tools and click options

2) click on the advanced button and then click the network tab

3) then under connections click settings

4) click auto-detect proxy settings for this network.
