How To Make Remote Access To Device Managemer From Web (wan)?

I'm getting trouble to make access to my TD8816 from WAN side. If I type its IP in my browser inside my LAN, everything runs OK, but when I try from the internet, for example via 3G modem, I can't access it from external IP. I tried yet, to change ACL settings even to free all from both sides, and disabled it to without success. I'm using DynDNS to, it gets my externa IP correctly, but doesn't connect. Someone could help me:
