To change your Sign-in ID or password, follow these steps:
- Sign in to Online Banking.
- Click Preferences
- Click Change Sign-in ID or Change Password
You may also securely choose a new password online by clicking the Forgot My Password link on the Online Banking sign-in page. In order to select a new password online, you will need your account number, Social Security number or federal tax ID and the PIN you created for your card.
