Norton Autodetect And Norton.com Don't Recognize Norton 360 On My Computer.
Norton doesn't recognize Norton 360 on my computer. Autodetect, and also trying to sign on to www.norton.com, give me an error message to the effect, "No Norton Product Found on your Computer." I have Norton 360 Premier installed, and up to date fees paid. this on XP PRO, using Firefox to access the web.
