I Could Not Install A New Disk For Norton 360 And Reached Completetech Support
which charged me to service the computer. There was no product key on the dvd I purchase. After 7 hours of trying to install the disk, the end result was the original 3 days remaining on my old account. The 365 days do not appear. Very frustrating. Now I can't even view deatails of the Norton account. Clicking on the icon produces no image.
