Charge Not Authorized
I was charged for a renewal in the amount of $64.11 and was not contacted nor gave any authorizaction to charge this to my account. I do not even have the computer any longer and do not use the Norton Software.
How do I get this removed from my charge account immediately so I do not get a late fee charge?

I called 877-294-5265 and was placed on hold for over any hour.
