Crying-bought New Upgrade Email Said It Was Cancelled Took My $ Why
The Norton trial expired & the other trial offer (diff co.) will soon expire. Chose Norton so purchased last nite, it went thru bank. The down load tried twice said will try later. An email said the order was cancelled. Chase Bank shows Norton took their $71.(Norton 360),made copies of reciept. Order # NP110999342 my email is [email protected] and I do have an account that I can get into. Help why cancelled do I get my money back can I download the product ???????

I would seriously consider dropping Norton altogether. Not only is is confusing, as you already know, but Microsoft makes a good antivirus product available for free. So why pay a company that did not write the operating system to protect the operating system when you can get protection from Microsoft for free?
