Replaced Battery Now Brake And Abs Warning Lights Are On.

2008 Suzuki XL-7Service Tech replaced the battery. Now the brake warning light is on, ABS light is on and traction control is off. Scanner shows no error codes. Noticed that the tech pinched the thin wire coming off the negative battery terminal with the battery cover but the wire appears to be intact. Tried disconnecting the battery for an hour, checked all the fuses, cycled the engine numerous times and checked the brake fluid level.
