Gas Gauge And Hazard Warning Flashers Doesn't Work In A 2006 At Suzuki Forenza

After A Lube, The Gas Gauge And Hazard Warning Flashers Stop Functioning. I Just Made The Fuse Check, But Nothing Wrong. What Other Fuses Or Relays Must Be Checked? I Appreciate Your Kindy Help
