where are all the bolts located to remove old starter?

There are only two bolts that hold the starter in place. Once you remove the starter wires, it should be easy to remove from the vehicle. Putting the new starter back in is usually the hard part, due to the weight of the starter.
It's possible that your starter's bolts are covered with a plastic shroud. It will be a small piece of plastic attached with a couple of small bolts.
