Unfair Constant Treatment From Manager

Hi,My name is Julio Chacon and I've been a client of supercuts for a long time now. I am writing this email to complain about the recent experiences I've had with supercuts staff, especially the head manager Sindy at the location of 25th ave, in San Mateo, Ca. In order to make my life easier i schedule appointments, but every time i have an appointment staff serve people waiting without an appointment and give them my spot and I have to wait. Or if I show up without and appointment, I wait, even though there is not one waiting for a haircut (Sindy) will wait and asks the next client if they have an appointment, they say they do without checking the computer and serve them. This has been going on for the past year and a half, it was not until today I was not able to get my haircut. Sindy, the manager, yelled at this client and threaten to call the police. I was waiting this time without an appointment for 30 minutes, there was a spot open, someone showed up with an appointment, and served them before me. Can someone from headquarters contact me? I need to file a complain regarding this manage. She has treated me unfaily, yelled at me while customers where getting there haircuts. My phone number is 703-608-0982. I've been a loyal client and need to resolve this. I ended up leaving and did not get my haircut, she does this every time I go get my haircut.
