Purchased A Toaster At Target/$19.99.it Does Not Toast As It Should Part Toasted
as desired and the other part either to light or too dark. Do not have receipt nor package box. how can I return & get refund.I have used Sunbeam appliances where possible for years.

Take it back! If you are not satsified buy it take it back! I purchased a microwave from Sears once, and told them the truth, it did not function. After looking at it, they took it back and gave me a replacement, without any problems. I suggest doing the same, rather then opening it up your self.
