Overdue Bill I Haven't Been Able To Pay In 4 Years Am I Still Required To Pay.

I have an overdue late payment bill from Spectrum formally Suddenlink from 2020 that I have not been able to pay off. They have not sent me a follow up bill or statement and we terminated are service in 2019 before we moved. We have moved twice since then and we got Spectrum for are new place. I'm wondering if I still need to pay the overdue bill I looked up the company that sent the bill sunrise credit and couldn't find a lot of information what do I do now also on the bill from 2020 the back said if I didn't pay they would send debt collectors to my house this has not happened.
