Any Problems With Usa 2008 Subaru Wrx Sti Like Recall?

CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME IF THER ARE ANY PROBLEMS WITH USA 2008 SUBARU WRX STI LIKE RECALL? BECAUSE AFTER I BOUGHT MINE FROM USA, THE DEALER IN MY CONTRY IN QATAR TELLING ME THERE IS A POLETEN ABOUT MY CAR THAT I HAVE TO CHANGE THE SOFT WEAR OR I WILL HAVE PROBLEM IN MY ENGINE!! PLEASE TELL ME IF THIS IS TRUE AND IF IT IS, WHAT SHALL I DO NOW THE CAR IN QATAR? THANK YOU
