Where Is Fuse For Rear View Mirror - Lighter - Back Up Mirror

The lighter/power adapter of my 2003 legacy wagon shorted out and now the outlet, my rear view mirror light and compass, my outside mirror and adjustment knobs, no longer work. I've looked at the fuse box layouts, but cannot figure out which fuse it is. Is thus just a fuse issue?
