Coolant Under Hood. Overheating

After about 3 hours at highway speeds suddenly started over heating. Pulled over, opened hood. Noticed coolant sprayed all over next to coolant reservoir. Head gasket probably not a problem as it was al ready replaced and has been doing great for 50,000

Hi! It sounds like the cap of the coolant tank is the problem here. Yu may also want to check all coolant fluid lines as a small hole here will indeed result in a spray as you have described.
