I Cannot Replace The Rack On Which The Ice Drower Rests Into The Freezer Despite

my efforts to do so. The subzero 632 works otherwise well, It still produces ice.

To remove the rack, lift up and pull out at the bottom with one hand, then support the top with your other hand.
