Midnight Zte - 3g And Storage Issues

Low Storage Error I'm having trouble trying to scrounge up enough storage to download a few apps I've had my eye on; that is, without rooting my phone. 3G Internet Connectivity Issue Any idea how to get the little 3G signal up and running?
