Filter Feel Off Inside Gas Tank.
How do I put it back?

Take a pair of long needle nosed pliers or something similar so that you can reach down into tank grab the gas line and gently pull it out but 1st make sure to empty any remaining gas then turn upside down to get the filter to drop out once you done that do as i said with the pliers, if it fell off by its self then you might want to replace the gas line but if not refit your filter back onto gasline and feed it back into tank refill and there ya go
