Where Is My Check For Retirement Benefits?
I SENT IN MY NEW ADDRESS AT LEAST 10-12 DAYS AGO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOUR SYSTEM DOES NOT ALLOW ME OR ANYONE ELSE TO SEND THIS INFORMATION ANYWHERE ELSE. I ASKED THAT THE NEW ADDRESS BE ROUTED TO THE PROPER DEPARTMENT. TODAY IS JUNE 6 AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CHECK. EVEN IF IT WAS SENT TO MY OLD ADDRESS IN CALIFORNIA IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FORWARDED AND RECEIVED BY NOW. I NEED THE CHECK AND I NEED IT SOONER RATHER THAN LATER. PLEASE ADVISE AS SOON AS YOU CAN FIND OUT WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO IT.

You have not reached State Farm but an independent help site. You may reach State Farm at 877-734-2265 or 309-766-6393, or write them at One State Farm Plaza, Bloomington, IL 61710. If necessary you can complain to the Consumer Fraud Division of the Illinois Office of the Attorney General, at 217-782-1090.
