No Internet Access Samsung 700t Notebook Windows 8
I receive an error message stating "the device or resource (DNS Server) is not responding. I restarted the router, no luck, I configured the TCP/IP settings and no luck, I used Ipconfig command line tool and still can not access the internet. All other computers are working in the office. On April 3, all connections were working, both send and receive email and the web access. The notebook is 1 week old. Order # 5406382966 on March 22. Item # 140797
