Defective Product Past 14 Day Full Refund Time
I purchased a Surface RT on Oct 5. It has never worked properly and I want a full refund even though past 14 day refund policy. Have appt in Oklahoma City at Macintosh store for replacement. I don't want another one. Need answer on what to do before 6 am CST before I leave for OKC in the morning. Help
