How Do I Get My Password Reset?
I have used stamps.com for several years. With a new computer, I had to reinstall stamps.com. Now the password will not work.

I can find no info on resetting a password. I suggest you call CS @ 1-855-860-7867. If you have any questions about our software, products sold in the Online Store, or technical problems, please contact our customer support team via phone or email Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time. We strongly urge customers who are having technical problems to call us as it is much easier to diagnose the problem over the phone.
