Getting Interest Check On My Save And Invest Cde That Matured In Mid-june.
How do you get my interest check for a CD that matured in June? Got a letter from head of deposit services, saying "your check is enclosed." No. check. My branch said it was a result of a conversion. Gave me a # to call...They wreren't going to help me--b/c they don't offer the product anymore! What kind of service is that??? Got cut off after 20 min. on hold...even though person said if that happened i'd get a call back. that was 5 days ago.
