Sony Rmt-d302
My Sony rtm-d 302 has a good connection to internet, I've checked multiple times, however nothing that requires internet works.when I select say Netflix it says it's checking the network connection and then nothing happens. What can I do to fix this? Thank you for your time!

You said that nothing including internet works - are you able to connect to the internet via laptop, or other device? If not, then I would suggest contacting your Internet Service Provider directly for technical support.
If you are able to access the internet, and are just experiencing connectivity issues to Netflix, then this could be due to a few factors:
Your internet connection is too slow (weak). You do not have enough bandwidth. Solution: contact your ISP for technical support-you may need to upgrade service.
Alternatively, this could be a Netflix issue, and I would recommmed contacting Customer Service at 1-866-579-7172.
