If you are able to access the internet, and are just experiencing connectivity issues to Netflix, then this could be due to a few factors:
Your internet connection is too slow (weak). You do not have enough bandwidth. Solution: contact your ISP for technical support-you may need to upgrade service.
Alternatively, this could be a Netflix issue, and I would recommmed contacting Customer Service at 1-866-579-7172.
