Remote Appears Locked
I pressed something and now none of the buttons are working. Have i locked it in some way? the batteries are fine

Follow these steps to reset a Sony® remote control to factory specifications.
- Remove the batteries from the remote control.
- On the remote control, press every button twice.
- Reinstall the batteries.
NOTES:
- Make sure the batteries are installed correctly.
- Make sure that fresh batteries are also installed.
If the issue is still unresolved, service may be required.
