Remote Does Not Work Properly
The two "up" snd "down" buttons for the Tuner function do not work. (the 2 buttons located under the Tuner & Functions buttons on the remote). I have to change stations through the radio buttons. I have followed the instructions for "repairing" the remote on the Sony website with out any success.

Sorry for your problems. If as you say Sony's documented repair instructions don't work, your next step is to phone Sony (at 800-222-7669). If your TV is no longer under warranty, Sony will if necessary sell you a new remote--but you can almost certainly do better pricewise with a universal remote.
