Sony Rm-sc3 Remote Won't Adjust Treble Or Bass After Pressing Eq Button: And -
The plus and minus buttons don't work on remote, after pressing EQ button, in an attempt to adjust treble & bass. Should I buy a new remote?

Turn the equalizer off if you want to control the tone by the treble & base controls. When the equalizer is activated it disables those controls.
