Dvd Unlock

When I try to input DVD with sound, the message "unlock" comes up on the screen.  I cannot find any catagories that state how to unlock it.

Read the owner's manual carefully and find out what are you missing. If you don't have the right code for your DVD google your DVD brand find the manufacture website and go to customer support and try to get the right code for this unit. Or try the remote manufacturer and get the code from them.
