Sound Is Muted. And Muting On Flash By. Mutin Button Does Not Make A Difference.

Try these: (1) Instead of using the remote control. On the side of the TV's unit there is some button that you can touch and press to return back the units sound.
(2) is the sound button the only issue on that remote are the other button s functioning? else, point your R/C in the mirror or on your camera phone to check if there is a red LED reflection every time you push the button else the R/C is defective.

(3) You may need to open the R/C and check for any cold solder or dirt accumulation .If you are not experieneced on electrical aspect , go find a repairman , worst you need to replace your R/C.
