Changed From Dvd3 To Dvd1 Now Remote Doesn't Work.
While in system menu, changed command from DVD3 to DVD1. At that point remote ceases to function. Manually turned of the unit in hope that it would reset the remote but it didn't. How do I get remote to function again. When I tried to record from disc I got message "can't connect to DVD device.

There is a specific warning about being careful of this in the user manual on page 23.
