Connection About Hdmi Cable

i have set this up and everything operate s when i select the home button . yuotube ,netflix and all of the apps,except tv a message comes up sayinging no signal check the hdmi cable . if there was some wrong with the cable or connection i would not be able to receive all of the other things please help me out
