Blu Ray Remote

I have the nsg mr1 sony remote for blu ray. I can't figure out how to type symbols (example: - _ & % etc..) I have no problems with the letters. Help is appreciated

You should be able to type the characters by hitting "SHIFT" + the number at the same time...that should access the characters. If that doesn't work, try "CTRL" + the numbers/letters to access the characters.
