Can't Get The Headset To Charge And Show Green Light?

my base unit shows continuous red light while charging the headset for the past 24 hours and doesn't go to green, what is wrong that it won't charge? Do I need another battery? Help

Yes,it is possible that your batteries needs replacement.

Make sure that this batteries are rechargeable.
