Tv Kp53s65 - Part Ey34 Is Burnt Out Can I Replace?

this set is known for bad C514 just off the the H-output Q502. EY34 is not a component that I found in this service manual
Symptoms / Customer Description
The part number for C514 is not provided in the G board parts listing, because it is one of those selected values, per HV adjustment procedures on page 45.
The values may be 100, 390, or 680 pf at 2KV.
Need the P/N for the 100PF and the 680PF at 2kv.

390pf /2Kv 1-162-133-00
680pf /2kv 1-162-116-00
100pF/2kv 1-107-444-11 ceramic disc cap
