I Just Purchased The Sony Dream Machine With Cd Player And The Clock/track Butto

is missing. Can Sony supply me with a replacement button?

Two suggestions: call CS@ the number listed in the back of the manual. They should provide you with the missing part. If not take it back to the vendor & make the give you another one.

I don't think so. This product has long been discontinued and there's a limit to how many parts sony will have available. I believe that sony has stopped servicing this product.
