How To Change The Language Of Sony Dsc-t99d Into Japanese To English?

Touch MENU then select Settings (looks somewhat like a briefcase with a split in the middle), then Main Settings (may have a couple of tool icons on it/by it), then Language Setting and you can change it from there. I hope this is helpful. It may be difficult to navitabe in Japanese, but the symbols should be easier to spot.
