My Xperia Neo V Sound Is Not Working Since 2 Days...so Wats The Problem Behind D

Assuming your device is not in silent profile, you can try doing a reset of the device, you can find the options in settings, privacy and then select Factory Data Reset. You may need to enter your password. But as a note of caution, this will wipe out any of your settings, possibly text messages, call records. Anything in your SD card will be safe.
If you are using a custom ROM, you can try reflashing it. If none of these steps work, I am afraid it's a hardware issue and you need to bring it to the attention of Sony Customer Care.
